Find answers to common questions about Rapid Hotel System

Can a user or administrator access multiple hotels with a single account?
Yes. RHS has been designed to support multi-property access. Once logged in, users and administrators can select which hotel they would like to access. In the navigation menu at the bottom of the page, you will find an option called "Switch" that allows you to easily switch from one hotel to another.
What happens to a hotel if there has been no activity for over 180 days?
The system will notify the assigned administrators via email if a hotel has not been used on RHS for over 180 days. If no activity is detected within 14 days, the hotel and all its data will be deleted from RHS automatically after additional warnings.
What happens to a user who has been inactive for over 180 days?
The system will email the user to take action to avoid automatic account deletion. If no action or activity is detected within 14 days, the account will be deleted from RHS after additional warnings.
Will more languages be available on RHS?
Yes. RHS has been designed to support multiple languages, and users can switch between them. Languages available are English, German, Spanish and French whilst we use AI tools for translation. In case you find any mistakes in our translations, please let us know and we are happy to fix them.
