Digital Logbook
Are you using spreadsheets or complicated software for your hotel logbook?
RHS has a digital logbook that keeps all entries safe and secure. You can add comments to each logbook entry, and that's not all.
Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words, so you can also attach images to each logbook entry.
Who created or updated an entry? The RHS logbook keeps track of all entries.
Security Tours
Everyone wants to maintain a secure and clean hotel. To do so, security tours must be performed across the building. RHS makes that task easier with Security Tours. You no longer need to carry a pen and paper.
Create tours of your hotel and keep track of all issues. You can add a comment and images to each tour stop. Thanks to the simple reporting system, management can see who has performed tours and when, and address any issues immediately.
NFC tags are also supported to ensure that a tour takes the exact steps. Assign an NFC tag to each tour stop, then scan it with the app to mark the stop as complete.
Contacts:
A hotel may have many address books, but it is best to keep all important contacts in one place for all employees. With Contacts, you can access core information such as phone numbers and email addresses in a simple way.
Procedures:
Hotels need to react quickly, so every hotel has processes in place to address any kind of incident immediately. Sometimes it is difficult to determine where these procedures are stored. With RHS, you can store them in one place that is accessible everywhere your employees go.
Parcel:
Sometimes new parcels arrive and people are unaware of them. Parcel can change that. Simply add a parcel to the RHS with a picture, pickup location, and supplier. Employees will be notified about all new parcels and can check to see if one is for them and then pick it up. Want to keep track of who collected a parcel and when? Parcel has an archive that allows you to do just that. Now, you know exactly what happens to your parcels.
Lost & Found
Things get lost in hotels. It's as simple as that. But what is the best way to keep track of all these items in a hotel? We think it's RHS Lost & Found, which has pictures of each item, information about where it was found, who found it, when it was found, and where it is stored. If guests inquire about lost items, they can simply search for them online in RHS. Maintaining Lost & Found has never been easier.
Board
Many hotels have boards where employees can pin things. What about a digital board on which employees can pin notes? These could be internal announcements, apartment listings, or ideas for improving hotel operations.
Adding new posts to the board is colorful and fun. Employees can now share and access such information from anywhere. They can even like posts when ideas are shared.
If you're worried about cluttering up the digital board, don't be. RHS automatically deletes all posts after 14 days.
Home & News
Nothing is more important than keeping in touch with your employees. On the RHS homepage, you can share important information about the hotel, upcoming events, and anything else you think is important.
The News feature allows you to make quick announcements and send notifications to all employees using the app.
Users & Administrators
RHS provides an excellent way to assign permissions to individual employees, allowing them access to certain modules only.
